	An Official MILITARY EX Investigation File will be opened and a MILITARY EX.
	A MILITARY EX OPERATIVE will be dispatched into the field to pursue adequate investigative techniques including: interviews, Phone calls, Emails, Formal inquiries, Mediation hearings and other actions as necessary.
	MILITARY EX will attempt to validate or resolve the grievances first.
	After the investigation the MILITARY EX organization may choose to: support the claim, grievance or nomination or deny the claim, grievance or nomination altogether.
	After a thorough investigation by a MILITARY EX OPERATIVE an appropriate course of action, request or resolution may be determined.

	The first award, The KISS OFF is negative notation and nod of disapproval or cause for alarm. MILITARY EX MEMBERS beware!


	The second award, KISS KISS KUDOS is totally positive, A nod of approval, A big MILITARY EX hug and our deepest gratitude extended.


	Nominees on the KISS OFF NOMINEE LIST can be removed for:

	Positive action.
	An about face or change of direction in policy or action.

Regulary told that a complaint can not be processed against a superior officer by a junior officer or enlisted personnel. Many of these Military Members on this base are not only not empowered to resolve your family issue but they appear to act fearful, confused and bewildered whenever they are questioned or a request for more information to the chain of command to vent a problem is presented. BEWARE!.

The Head Officer at MCCS Miramar Base Legal recieves the MILITARY EX KISS OFF AWARD THREE TIMES for his antics, unprofessionalism and manipulation and derailment in processing Military divorce of a MILITARY EX MEMBER!.

	The KISS OFF NOMINEE may have treated the MILITARY EX OPERATIVE or The AMERICAN MILITARY FAMILY like a second class citizen; Withdrawing respect, Denying civil rights, Silencing their voice and not allowing issues to be addressed, properly received or resolved (i.e. Chaotic Chains of Command, The Inability To Vent Serious Issues or Concerns) , Railroading and Playing The MILITARY EX Maze Game in order to stifle your issues and engage in a cover up of the facts or incidents.
